Where are your products made?

All of our products are made in Belgium. We source all of our raw materials and components locally within Europe, and do our best to use sustainable materials with a low environmental impact. 

How do I place an order for something that has been sold out?

All of our products are produced in limited editions. Please get in touch with us at hello@nugami.com you are interested in a sold out item and we will keep you posted on new unique designs which may peak your interest.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship exclusively within Europe directly from our warehouse in Belgium. If you live outside Europe and are interested in purchasing a product, please contact us at hello@nugami.com. Please also see our shipping page for more information about how our products are transported.

What payment can I use?

We accept debit / credit card and Paypal payments. We also offer payments through Klarna. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT and expressed in Euros (€).

Do you work with interior designers, decorators and architects?

Yes, please email us at hello@nugami.com with your business information for more details. 

How are mirrors installed?

Downloadable installation instructions can be found on each product page.

Can my mirror be hung in any orientation?

All of our mirrors must be hung in the correct upward orientation. Each mirror contains two holes at the back where a mounting clip can be installed.

How do I clean and care for my new product?

Each product has downloadable care instructions.

What are the quality standards used for your products?

Scratches, blemishes, chips and pits do occasionally occur during the manufacturing, handling, transportation and polishing processes. We carefully check each piece before it's used to make sure it's up to our standards. We do not use any materials with imperfections.

Do you offer custom work or design services?

Occasionally we take on custom work and design projects. If you're interested in partnering with us for product design or interior design projects, please email us at hello@nugami.com for more details.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped within 1 business day, and delivered within 5 business days.Please see our shipping page for more information about how our products are transported.

How can I track my order?

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has been shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact hello@nugami.com and we will be glad to assist.

How will my order be packaged?

All products are shipped in bespoke sustainable cardboard packaging. The packaging includes a layer of foam to protect products from anyscratches, blemishes, chips and pits. Please ensure to avoid using any sharp tools to open the packaging.

How do I make a lost / damage claim?

For general shipping questions, or if your package is lost or stolen, please contact our shipping provider (details provided via email once order is shipped). If your shipping provider is unable to locate your package or if your package is damaged, please email us at hello@nugami.com and we will aim to provide a reimbursement in full. Any additional shipping costs caused by the buyer inputting incorrect or incomplete delivery information will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
